eLearning Alabama is proud to announce the start of its 14th year of eLearning with the Fall 2019 Semester scheduled to run from October 9th through November 26th, 2019. They will offer over 40+ courses that can earn CEUs and a eight that can earn PLUs with additional work.
The state DOE has replaced STIPD with PowerSchool ... if your STIPD account contained the correct email address you should be able to login with it at https://alsde.truenorthlogic.com/ia/empari/login/index ... You can find details on their website under the link titled PowerSchool Registration Instructions. Because the transition from one to the other occurred between September 19 and October 1, they have delayed the start of our courses until October 9th and will keep late registration open until October 15th. The CEUs courses earn 30 clock hours (with one or two shorter courses earning only 20). They have eight courses in the EDU55xx and EDU66xx series that can earn CEUs for the course itself and a PLU with additional work (see our PLU COURSES webpage for details). They have revised some of their favorite courses so if you haven't taken them in a couple of years you will be in for a pleasant surprise:
They also have some relatively new courses that might interest you - they have some of the highest enrollments of any of our courses:
Remember, all of the eLearning Alabama courses are entirely online (no meetings date; no meeting times) and are completely FREE! Use your new PowerSchool accounts to register no later than Wednesday, October 15th. For more information, contact Tom Dreilinger at elearning@alsde.edu. |
