The Alabama Technology in Motion Program at the UA/UWA In-Service Center will be offering a NEW ACLD-Approved Technology PLU this spring. This PLU is open to administrators and teachers with administrative certification in the UA/UWA In-Service Region. The focus of the new PLU is the new Digital Literacy and Computer Science Course of Study.

The PLU consists of three mandatory face to face meetings along with online assignments, online discussions after each meeting, and the development of an implementation plan or presentation. Registration is now open on Chalkable/STIPD. The title of the PLU is Leading and Learning with Digital Literacy and Computer Science, and the PD Title Number is PLUACLD680. Meetings will be after school from 4:00 PM until approximately 7:00 PM on April 4, April 25, and May 9, at the UA In-Service Center on the Bryce Campus of UA in Tuscaloosa.
