BIOGRAPHY
Tenika Milsap serves as the UA/UWA Regional Inservice Center Coordinator in the College of Education at The University of West Alabama. Her work focuses on professional learning, program coordination, technology, and higher education administration. In her current role, she serves as a liaison between The University of West Alabama and The University of Alabama for the UA/UWA Regional Inservice Center, helping coordinate professional development opportunities for educators throughout Region 4 and working with consultants, facilitators, and regional partners to support schools and school systems across Alabama.
Before joining the College of Education, Tenika served in UWA’s College of Business and spent more than a decade as a Computer Programmer Analyst in Information Systems and Institutional Effectiveness. Her professional experience also includes K–12 education. These experiences allow her to bring both technical and organizational expertise to her work.
Outside of work, Tenika enjoys traveling when she has the opportunity.
